YOGA

Start the new year feeling refreshed and relaxed. Pleased to welcome back Lulu to lead another fantastic FREE yoga session (open to all Metropolis residents and their guests).

A few yoga mats will be available, but please bring your own if you have one. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to stretch, breathe, and unwind.

All experience levels are welcome.
