Mindful Meditation

Time to reconnect with our yoga space and bring in some guided meditation. Located upstairs, inside the clubhouse, and led by our resident Jes Rains, we'll explore the inner peace we are all in desperate need of these days. Starts 6pm... all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.
